招聘岗位及要求 / Open Positions & Requirements
1. 国际物流销售经理（Senior Sales Manager）
岗位职责：开发全球客户资源，制定行业物流解决方案，完成销售目标；维护客户关系，挖掘供应链优化需求。
Key Responsibilities: Develop global client resources, design logistics solutions, achieve sales targets; maintain client relationships and identify supply chain optimization opportunities.
任职要求 / Requirements：
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流或市场营销相关专业；
- 3年以上国际物流/货代行业销售经验，有海运/空运大客户资源者优先；
- 英语流利（CET-6或同等水平），具备优秀的谈判与提案能力；
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，抗压能力强，适应高频差旅。
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Marketing;
- 3+ years in logistics/freight forwarding sales, with client resources in sea/air freight preferred;
- Fluent English (CET-6 or equivalent), strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Market-driven mindset, resilience, and willingness to travel frequently.
2. 物流操作专员（Logistics Operator）
岗位职责：处理海运/空运订舱、单证制作、货物跟踪及异常协调；对接客户与承运商，确保操作流程合规高效。
Key Responsibilities: Manage bookings, documentation, cargo tracking, and exception handling; coordinate with clients and carriers to ensure SOP compliance.
任职要求 / Requirements：
- 大专及以上学历，物流管理、商务英语相关专业；
- 熟悉国际物流操作流程（如LCL/FCL、报关文件），1年以上操作经验；
- 熟练使用Excel及物流管理系统（如CargoWise），英语读写流利；
- 细心严谨，具备多任务处理与跨部门协作能力。
Qualifications: - Diploma or above in Logistics, Business English, or related fields;
- Knowledge of logistics operations (e.g., LCL/FCL, customs documentation), 1+ years of experience;
- Proficient in Excel and logistics systems (e.g., CargoWise), fluent in English;
- Detail-oriented with multitasking and cross-team collaboration skills.
3. 仓库客服主管（Warehouse Customer Service Supervisor）
岗位职责：管理仓储客户服务团队，处理入库、库存查询、订单履约等需求；优化客户服务流程，提升仓库运营效率。
Key Responsibilities: Lead warehouse service team, handle inbound operations, inventory inquiries, and order fulfillment; optimize processes to enhance efficiency.
任职要求 / Requirements：
- 大专及以上学历，物流或供应链管理专业优先；
- 2年以上仓储/电商物流客服经验，熟悉WMS系统操作；
- 出色的沟通能力与客户投诉处理技巧，能适应轮班制；
- 数据敏感，擅长通过报表分析改进服务质量。
Qualifications: - Diploma or above in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred;
- 2+ years in warehouse/e-commerce customer service, WMS experience;
- Strong communication and complaint resolution skills, flexible to shifts;
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
4. IT开发工程师（IT Software Engineer）
岗位职责：参与物流管理系统开发，优化智能报关、仓储可视化等功能；支持系统运维与新技术落地（如AI、区块链）。
Key Responsibilities: Develop logistics management systems (e.g., smart customs clearance, warehouse visibility); support IT operations and implement AI/blockchain solutions.
任职要求 / Requirements：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业；
- 3年以上Java/Python开发经验，熟悉微服务架构与数据库设计；
- 有物流行业系统（如TMS/WMS）开发经验者优先；
- 逻辑清晰，具备独立解决问题能力，热爱技术探索。
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields;
- 3+ years in Java/Python development, familiar with microservices and databases;
- Experience in logistics systems (e.g., TMS/WMS) preferred;
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology innovation.
